Cheetahs are smaller and lighter than lions, tigers, and similar large cats, and they have been trained as hunting beasts. A cheetah can sprint at three times it normal movement speed for 1d5 rounds, after which it must rest for twice as long. While resting, the cheetah can attack, but it cannot move at more than half speed. Lions will typically kill cheetahs when they get a chance.
