Average electric eels are 1d3+5 feet in length, weighing only 1d8+40 pounds, with much of their body comprised of electricity generating and storing organs. An electric eel can shock all targets within 10’ in the water (1d3 Stamina damage and Fort DC 10 or be stunned and unable to act for 1d3 rounds) or shock a single target for 3d4 damage and 1d6 Stamina damage, stunning them for 1d5 rounds; Fort DC 15 for half damage and to avoid being stunned). Electric eels may lunge out of the water to attack creatures, and unaided creatures stunned in the water may drown. Electric eels are air-breathers, and may be found in water with low oxygen content.
