This small, aggressive serpent is 1d3+1 feet long. Arboreal, it hunts at night, and strikes at those who disturb it – which is unfortunate as it is also hard to spot. A thief can obtain 1d4 doses of venom from a tree viper, living or dead, with a successful Handle Poison check. Other Names: Bamboo pit viper, bamboo snake, bamboo viper, boodro pam, grass -green snake, green pit viper, and green tree viper.
